Patient Services

I have been so honored to join the team at Body Renovation.  For the last 20 years, my husband and I have worked together running our own business. In 2024, we realized that it was time to retire from the business and start a new journey. For my husband, that is full retirement. I, however, still wanted to continue working, while also being able to enjoy quality time with my family.

My initial introduction to Body Renovation was as a patient. The care I received was amazing. When an opportunity to join the team presented itself, I felt blessed to be at the perfect time in my life to be able to accept the position. Seeing the level of care and concern each team member has, not only for our patients, but also for each other, I knew I would feel right at home here.

My background also includes working in banking, mortgage, real estate, and for a few years (while raising my son) running a state licensed home childcare business.

My favorite food to cook: I love to cook! Especially for family and friends. Creating a really great soup is definitely my favorite though.

If I could visit anywhere in the world: I have always wanted to see Australia. More recently, I am interested in visiting Portugal and Spain.

My worst injury: Tennis elbow is my worst, because I have been dealing with it for so long. The first time I injured my elbow I was 12. You heal quickly at 12, so I was back playing baseball in 6 weeks. Though I still felt pain if I overdid something.  At 30 I re-injured my elbow golfing. Well, at 30, healing is a little more elusive, I needed to be much more careful after that. In my 40’s, I re-injured my elbow bowling. All I can say is, I wish I knew Body Renovation back then.

When I am not at work, I am:  Enjoying time up north with my family and friends. Visiting my son and daughter-in-law down south. Biking and swimming with a dear friend.

My quote to live by: The best things in life are usually found when you are not looking for them
