BRPT KILL IT VOLLEYBALL PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT
The "Kill It" volleyball program is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for youth volleyball players. Each session includes a combination of weight training, plyometrics, agility training, core stabilization, jump training and power development specific to volleyball.
In previous years, committed participants gained , on average, 5 INCHES ON THEIR VERTICAL JUMPS 30 POUNDS ON THEIR BENCH PRESS. Rick Wagner, PT, CSCS, VCS, has designed a program after years of experience of coaching and training the area’s best volleyball players. "This program takes a systematic approach to training every aspect of athleticism important to volleyball. This sort of complex training gets results and is shown to help prevent injuries." - Rick Wagner, PT, CMTPT, CSCS, VCS Sessions typically run for 60 minutes. Frequency and duration varies by evaluation and need. Rick welcomes one-on-one or small group participation. |
