Serving Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Washington counties since 2002, Body Renovation - Mequon shares a location with our health partner, Form & Fitness Personal Training. We offer one-on-one time with a therapist in individual treatment rooms. From there, step out onto a state-of-the art space, complete with cardio, weight-bearing and functional training areas. In addition, current/past patients can take advantage of special short- and long-term Form & Fitness membership rates and training packages!
