Patient Concierge

I'm really excited to be part of Body Renovation as a patient concierge. I'm currently going into my junior year of my undergrad at UW-La Crosse, studying Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Nutrition. I'm on the Pre-Physical Therapy track and I plan to go to graduate school for my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I intend to work in either outpatient, sports medicine or pediatrics.

I'm originally from Port Washington, WI and I graduated from Port Washington High School in 2023. Being a competitive dancer my whole childhood, I had many experiences with injuries of my own, and went through PT multiple times. I became very interested in the field and after shadowing PTs, I knew it was the field I wanted to go into.

I was interested in Body Renovation because of the immense experience and professionalism of the staff. I also wanted to experience working in a private practice setting to see if it's something I'd be interested in in my future career. I'm very excited to learn so much in a supportive environment.

My favorite food to cook: I've been loving backing recently, my favorites have been smores cookies and banana bread!

If I could visit anywhere in the world: Anywhere! I really want to travel to Europe, especially Switzerland. I also went to Maui a couple years ago and I would love to travel the other islands of Hawaii.

My worst injury: My junior year of high school I was in a boot for a total of 17 weeks, for 2 different injuries, on opposite feet. The first was a stress fracture that wouldn't heal, and the second was when I fell while dancing and found out I have extra bones in my feet, as I tore the tendon that attaches it to your foot!

When I am not at work, I am: Spending time with my friends and family, taking my dogs on walks, playing pickleball, going to events/festivals and shopping. I also work part time at a daycare, it's my 3rd summer with them!

My quote to live by: "Don't let the sadness of your past and the fear of the future ruin the happiness of your present."
