Effectively treating people's pain requires good hands and an open mind. The goal of all therapy, I believe, is to create a stable foundation for pain and injury to resolve. To accomplish this requires a hands-on approach that restores neutral postures, elongates tight, shortened tissues and strengthens stabilizing muscles.

It also requires the knowledge that pain is often an echo of dysfunction far from the site of pain. You can't completely resolve someone's hip or back pain if you never find the stone in their shoe. In short, successful treatment is the result of a whole-person approach.

I hold a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Marquette University and a bachelor of science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I'm an avid runner of half- marathons and marathons, a dedicated golfer and student of yoga.
